Our Policies

  • Rentals are payable three weeks in advance
  • 50% cancellation fee within three weeks of delivery date
  • $200.00 deposit is required on all linen rentals
  • $100.00 deposit is required on all china rentals
  • $60.00 deposit is required on all party rental
  • Rates are based on time out, not time used
  • Make sure equipment is secured when not in use
  • Protect all equipment from weather, rain and sprinklers
  • All items must be assembled at location of drop off and ready for pick up
  • China, glassware, utensils, etc should be rinsed and place in their containers
  • Linens should be dry and food-free to prevent mildew and staining
  • The cost of replacement or repairs is the customers responsibility
  • Anything not meeting the above requirements will have an additional charge
