Rental Policies

Rentals must be paid three weeks in advance.
As payments are made up until the order is paid in full, should you cancel or deduct anything, there will be store credit only, No Refunds.
50% cancelation fee on orders canceled within three weeks of event date.
Deposit is simple:
      If you pay with cash, you must leave a $60 cash security deposit.
      If you pay with a credit card, you must leave a VALID credit card number on file as a security
      deposit. (Debit Cards cannot be used for the security hold.)
Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather & sprinklers.
All items should be assembled at location of drop-off, and ready for pick-up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
All china, glassware, utensils, etc., should be rinsed and replaced in their delivery containers.
Linens should be dry and food-free to prevent mildew and staining, or additional charges will apply. DO NOT PUT LINENS IN PLASTIC BAGS.
The cost of replacement or repairs will be the responsibility of the customer when items are returned damaged or broken.
Delivery and pick up are available at an additional charge.
Set up of equipment is available at an additional charge.
Party planning and consultation services are available.
