
Rental Policies
- Rentals must be paid three weeks in advance.
- As payments are made up until the order is paid in full, should you cancel or deduct anything, there will be store credit only, No Refunds.
- 50% cancelation fee on orders canceled within three weeks of event date.
- Deposit is simple:
If you pay with cash, you must leave a $60 cash security deposit.
If you pay with a credit card, you must leave a VALID credit card number on file as a security
deposit. (Debit Cards cannot be used for the security hold.)
- Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather & sprinklers.
- All items should be assembled at location of drop-off, and ready for pick-up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees.
- All china, glassware, utensils, etc., should be rinsed and replaced in their delivery containers.
- Linens should be dry and food-free to prevent mildew and staining, or additional charges will apply. DO NOT PUT LINENS IN PLASTIC BAGS.
- The cost of replacement or repairs will be the responsibility of the customer when items are returned damaged or broken.
- Delivery and pick up are available at an additional charge.
- Set up of equipment is available at an additional charge.
- Party planning and consultation services are available.

- We do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
